Your Support Source for All Things MIS

The MIS Department of Community Alliance for the Homeless has added many additional support enhancements during recent years. Most recently, we have implemented a web-based ticket service for our members so that we are able to be serve the community by handing our service in a timely, more orderly manner. Our community end-users are kept better informed as to the status of their particular requests, and reports can be generated to help us better serve them. The new MIS website will offer them a centralized location to download all of the forms that they need to do their jobs, submit a ticket, and even log into MIS. We are steadily looking for ways to streamline the way we are serving our community.


Training is offered to all of our continuum either at their place of business, or at our onsite computer lab.If training is needed in any aspect of MIS, you may contact Tara Austin to schedule training through using our "Submit a Ticket" link on the right side of this page under "Quick Links". Training can be scheduled for one-on-one instruction, or groups of 6 or less in our computer lab. Certification training is also offered to begin using MIS

Continuing Education

Classes are held off site for all MIS end users when major changes or updates occur in the MIS system to insure that all users are informed of what the changes are and how to implement them. On occasion, the software provider's representative presents the training for our users.
